Principal Product Manager – Loyalty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement an ambitious, future-focused strategy for Loyalty & Membership, including paid membership options.

• Transition from incremental enhancements to deliver transformative innovations that enhance customer value and drive business results.

• Create and continuously refine a multi-phase roadmap (Now / Next / Future) that aligns with the overall enterprise strategy.

• Clearly communicate trade-offs, investment rationale, and long-term benefits to executive leadership.

• Design and oversee a comprehensive discovery strategy across various product teams and domains.

• Establish discovery as an ongoing, measurable discipline rather than a one-time phase.

• Manage the transformation of the Scorecard into a contemporary loyalty and paid membership ecosystem.

• Collaborate with the Business to define membership tiers, benefits, and pricing strategies.

• Forge strong partnerships with Business leaders (Marketing, Loyalty, Merchandising, Finance, Retail Media) to collaboratively create strategy, not just achieve alignment.


⛳️ Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience in Principal / Lead / Director roles, responsible for enterprise-scale strategy.

• Demonstrated history of leading complex, cross-product initiatives that have measurable business outcomes.

• Extensive knowledge of Loyalty programs (design, optimization, and scaling).

• Practical experience with paid membership or subscription models (e.g., tiering, pricing, benefits, retention).

• Strong background in Product Strategy (vision setting, opportunity sizing, roadmap creation).

• Proven ability to work closely with Design leadership (Principal UX or equivalent) to deliver unique, experience-driven products.

• Outstanding capability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
