This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the strategy for the KDS product.

• Identify where agentic AI can deliver genuine value in the kitchen environment.

• Manage the KDS delivery process from start to finish.

• Direct the strategy for kitchen data associated with KDS.

• Develop and confirm the business case for the next-generation KDS approach.

• Demonstrated experience in defining and managing product strategy for a complex, operationally vital product.

• Background in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.

• Possess a creative and strategic mindset.

• Show curiosity and insight regarding AI and agentic product prospects.

• Proven history of collaborating directly with enterprise clients.

• Strong instincts related to small and medium-sized business operations.

• Possess an executive presence to facilitate alignment among teams.
