This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and enhance the strategic roadmap for PHIL’s external integrations, including electronic health records, payers and plans, and third-party providers, aligning high-level business strategy with technical requirements and product outcomes.
• Evaluate industry best practices and create a plan to achieve top-tier service offerings based on strategic objectives and priorities.
• Efficiently tackle complex challenges by driving substantial improvements in quality and speed through optimized processing and the strategic use of platform capabilities versus internal development.
• Develop and advocate for new platform capabilities to support a broadened range of therapeutic categories and patient therapy management.
• Establish long-term success metrics and operational KPIs, ensuring the product roadmap aligns closely with measurable outcomes.
• Serve as an innovative industry leader, identifying and assessing third-party systems and service providers to maintain PHIL's leadership in the health-tech sector.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to define priorities and deliver value.
• Lead discovery initiatives and user research to pinpoint key opportunities for value delivery, prioritizing ruthlessly to maintain organizational focus.
• Mentor product team members and enhance the overall capabilities of the product team through thought leadership, strategic rigor, and operational expertise.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years dedicated to translating organizational business strategy into clear product requirements and outcomes.
• Background in healthcare, preferably in pharmacy operations, EHR systems, and payer and plan integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to define and steer product strategy in complex, regulated, and mission-critical environments.
• Strong proficiency with data and metrics, including experience in setting and managing product KPIs and operational SLAs.
• In-depth understanding of technical systems and the capability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership, including C-suite executives, regarding product strategy and prioritization to enhance business outcomes.
• A commitment to improving patient care through thoughtful and scalable systems design.
• Capacity to excel under pressure, deliver exceptional results as a highly independent contributor, and a proactive approach to launching solutions swiftly.
• Demonstrated application of AI in real product solutions, including continuous learning systems and enhancing development efficiency.
• Educational background in technology, healthcare, or pharmacy is required; an MBA is highly preferred.
