This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead Growth Pods: Oversee the cross-functional Activation and Expansion teams, managing execution and speed alongside integrated engineering, UX design, and analytics resources.
• Optimize Onboarding & Setup: Redesign the global workspace initialization and onboarding experiences within the core of each product to minimize mid-funnel drop-offs and enhance time-to-value.
• Deploy Behavioral Frameworks: Introduce contextual cues, in-app prompts, and foundational rules engines to effectively guide users through intricate developer workflows.
• Architect Product Attach Maps: Create and scale global navigation, headers, and consistent in-product discovery pathways that highlight multi-product value and encourage sequenced product adoption.
• Operationalize New SKUs: Collaborate with core product and packaging teams to transform advanced portfolio capabilities (such as Security and AI features) into unique, self-service purchasable options.
• Stabilize Core Financial Levers: Take responsibility for enhancing the self-service active use conversion rate, boosting Net Expansion Rate (NDR), and improving baseline Gross Dollar Retention (GDR).
• Extensive Product Experience: Significant background in software product management, with a strong, dedicated focus directly within Product-Led Growth (PLG) and self-service monetization.
• Proven Metric Impact: A demonstrated history of effectively influencing key SaaS growth metrics, such as Gross Dollar Retention (GDR), Net Dollar Retention (NDR), Trial-to-Paid velocity, or Activation Rates.
• Strong Analytical Literacy: Advanced proficiency in utilizing product analytics tools and collaborating with data science partners to map user behaviors and conduct robust experimentation frameworks.
• Technical Familiarity: Comfortable navigating developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or complex multi-product software platforms.
• Collaborative Communicator: Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of successfully leading integrated engineering and design teams.
