This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
β’ Develop and execute a robust behavioral analytics framework across Exchange landing pages β encompassing scroll depth, content engagement, CTA performance, drop-off attribution, and device and geographical segmentation.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to define the event taxonomy, ensuring every significant pre-sign-up user action is tracked, labeled, and queryable at scale.
β’ Create and manage real-time funnel dashboards that provide comprehensive visibility into the landing-to-sign-up conversion journey for the entire team.
β’ Perform ongoing analysis using session-recording and heatmap tools (such as FullStory, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar) to identify engagement patterns and conversion opportunities.
β’ Convert behavioral insights into hypotheses and partner with Design and Content teams to enhance page layout, messaging hierarchy, trust signals, and CTA positioning.
β’ Implement a structured, high-velocity A/B testing program across landing pages β targeting at least four experiments per month once the infrastructure is set up.
β’ Assess and enhance how content on Exchange pages establishes clear hooks and logical pathways that direct high-intent visitors towards account creation.
β’ Oversee conversion performance and UX quality at every stage of the post-sign-up journey: Email submission β ensuring clarity of CTAs, form design, and value propositions at the moment of commitment.
β’ Guarantee that step-level drop-off is accurately attributed to specific friction points rather than being absorbed into aggregate funnel metrics.
β’ Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to address regional onboarding variations, ensuring there are no dead-end experiences for users in specific markets.
β’ Design and manage the reward mechanics associated with the sign-up event β including welcome bonuses, sign-up campaign incentives, and promotional offers that activate upon account creation.
β’ Advocate for the adoption of passkey and biometric authentication as leading-indicator metrics for modernizing the authentication stack.
β’ 6β8+ years of experience in Product Management.
β’ Demonstrated experience at a high-growth technology company β preferably in a crypto exchange, fintech, neo-bank, or multi-asset broker β where you have actively owned and addressed the challenges outlined in this role: conversion funnel optimization, sign-up instrumentation, authentication modernization, or onboarding reward design.
β’ Proven ability to manage a sign-up, onboarding, or authentication funnel from start to finish β with measurable conversion improvements serving as evidence of impact.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with product analytics platforms β such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, GA4, or equivalents.
β’ Proficient in writing SQL to independently build funnel queries and conduct cohort analyses.
β’ Practical experience with session-recording and heatmap tools β capable of designing an event taxonomy from scratch, not merely utilizing an existing one.
β’ Experienced in designing and executing statistically valid A/B experiments β including managing peeking bias, sample ratio mismatch, and novelty effects.
β’ Skilled with experimentation platforms β such as Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, or equivalent.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end event instrumentation: client-side event firing, server-side validation, and data pipeline to analytics warehouse β able to review an instrumentation specification with Engineering and identify gaps.
β’ Comfortable discussing OTP delivery architecture, FIDO2/WebAuthn/passkey implementation, session token design, and ATO prevention systems with Engineering teams.
β’ Aware of how regional compliance requirements (SCA, GDPR, ePrivacy) influence tracking consent flows and authentication architecture.
β’ Capable of identifying a conversion-degrading UX issue from a session recording and generating a testable hypothesis within hours.
β’ Strong understanding of information hierarchy, trust signal placement, CTA design, and onboarding flow sequencing across web and mobile platforms.
β’ Demonstrated utilization of agentic AI tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalents) with human-in-the-loop practices to significantly accelerate the discovery-to-delivery lifecycle β this is essential, not optional.
