• Take ownership and prioritize a data development backlog along with a project delivery timeline to fulfill customer-centric roadmap objectives, acting as the Product Owner for an Agile Scrum team tasked with regular data builds that create high-quality people profiles at scale.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and architects to gain a comprehensive understanding of available data and establish business logic, including requirements for data cleaning and standardization; spearhead initiatives to assess and integrate new external data vendors that supply people data and personally identifiable information (PII).
• Perform and evaluate data analysis, profiling, and mining utilizing traditional statistical methods to enhance and reinforce data capabilities; define the standards of data accuracy for the company's data products and convert those standards into actionable engineering project plans.
• Document requirements by crafting user stories that align with product demands; lead the product roadmap for improvements in entity resolution through weakly supervised machine learning techniques in partnership with data science and ML engineering teams.
• Work collaboratively with product and data stakeholders to collect requirements necessary for developing aggregated data to bolster the product suite; oversee the strategic development and enhancement of the batch append product offering.
• Establish acceptance and data quality benchmarks and guide the agile Scrum team to adhere to them; curate data labels and facilitate their integration into the data build process to systematically enhance data product quality.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related engineering discipline.
