📋 Description

• Collaborate with software engineering teams alongside business and product stakeholders to align on enterprise requirements.

• Comprehend product interdependencies to enhance the roadmap, set completion timelines, and establish success metrics.

• Propel roadmap advancement and manage expectations for a diverse stakeholder audience.

• Convey progress and insights through product briefs, status reports, and demonstrations.

• Ensure the adoption and interoperability throughout the Real Estate Solutions sector.

• Engage with clients and partners to grasp business requirements, workflows, and long-term goals.

• Transform client and partner insights into collaborative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in leading or working with successful teams focused on product management or development.

• Recent experience in mortgage lending or financial services technology.

• Capacity to swiftly understand the entire technology stack and related solutions.

• Demonstrated decision-making abilities and experience in guiding prioritization.

• Skill in making trade-off decisions that balance customer needs with technology constraints.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality work on time while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with UX design, technology, and data analysis.

• Additional experience in the mortgage industry as a business leader, engineer, technical business analyst, or product manager.

• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale event-driven architectures.

• Knowledge of Lean Software Development methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
