Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Yendo's AI and operations automation, fraud, and engineering-productivity platforms, striking a balance between broad strategic initiatives and tactical, iterative delivery.

• Leverage AI to streamline operational workflows end-to-end, reducing cost-to-serve while enhancing customer satisfaction for both the operations teams utilizing your tools and the cardholders they support.

• Perform both quantitative and qualitative research with operational users and cardholders, establishing key performance indicators that inform prioritization and measure the impact of initiatives.

• Champion the user perspective and integrate product and customer insights into company-wide business decisions.

• Clearly communicate essential information and promote a transparent, collaborative work environment.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management within high-growth technology sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to lead small, cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes, with a proactive approach and comfort in ambiguous situations.

• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to transform insights into effective strategies.

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• A customer-centric approach with a dedication to addressing real-world challenges.

• Proficiency in AI product development, including regular use of large language models for analytics, content creation, design, and prototyping.
