Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, articulate, and generate enthusiasm for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams to facilitate the planning, design, development, and launch of products that fulfill the vision.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and partner with engineering and UX to translate these into product requirements and user stories.

• Establish key metrics to assess product performance, continuously analyzing data to guide product decisions and measure success.

• Manage relationships and expectations with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

• Mentor junior Product Managers on product management best practices and support their career growth.

• Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that evaluate product execution and revenue/market achievements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in product management within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.

• Demonstrated success in leading product launches and shaping product strategies.

• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions, gain executive support, and drive measurable results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of technical, analytical, and UI/UX design principles, with the ability to delve into details while maintaining focus on overarching goals.

• Proactive ownership and accountability to clarify ambiguous priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward in the face of complex challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
