This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Articulate and disseminate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform functionalities that facilitate AI Proving Grounds, agent validation, cyber tool efficiency, security automation, and realistic cyber training and testing.
• Recognize customer, market, and technological trends at the convergence of AI, cybersecurity, autonomous agents, cyber ranges, simulation, security operations, and controls validation.
• Rank features and initiatives based on customer value, strategic differentiation, business impact, technical feasibility, platform leverage, and long-term product trajectory.
• Convert unclear market demands into distinct product opportunities, investment justifications, roadmap prioritization, and measurable success indicators.
• Foster alignment among product, engineering, leadership, sales, marketing, customer success, support, and cybersecurity subject matter experts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create and deliver high-quality core and cross-application platform functionalities.
• Develop and oversee initiative- and epic-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation that empower engineering teams to achieve defined outcomes.
• Specify functional and non-functional requirements for platform capabilities, encompassing performance, reliability, scalability, security, observability, data quality, extensibility, integration, and operational prerequisites.
• Design platform functionalities that may encompass environment orchestration, scenario execution, AI and agent interfaces, evaluation workflows, telemetry, ground truth, reporting, APIs, infrastructure automation, and customer-facing controls.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing adoption, ensuring timely delivery and measurable customer impact.
• At least 8 years of product management experience with a proven history of delivering successful technical products, or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, platform engineering, simulation, security operations, or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience managing cyber products, platform products, infrastructure products, developer platforms, enterprise technical products, AI/ML platforms, cloud platforms, or other complex systems-oriented products.
• Strong technical fluency and the capability to collaborate directly with senior engineering leaders on architecture, platform design, APIs, data flows, integrations, scalability, reliability, security, and implementation trade-offs.
• Experience in defining clear functional and non-functional requirements that allow engineering teams to grasp the intended outcomes, constraints, customer value, and success metrics.
• Strategic product insight, including the ability to link technical platform investments to customer value, market differentiation, business outcomes, and long-term product direction.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts related to attacks, adversary behavior, threat actors, threat emulation, detection, response, controls validation, and security operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise customer requirements, technical buying dynamics, stakeholder management, and product discovery in intricate B2B environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the skill to convert complex platform, AI, and cybersecurity concepts into a clear product strategy and customer value.
