This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive product vision for the Data & ML team, which includes the Forge AI creator agent and the predictive performance infrastructure.
• Convert intricate ML/data functionalities into valuable user-facing products for both brands and creators.
• Collaborate with Data Product Engineering leaders to synchronize data product strategies with OKRs and drive commercial results (NDR, retention, contribution margin).
• Establish the metrics framework: define what we measure, how we present insights, and link metrics to business impact.
• Recognize and prioritize ML-driven opportunities (creator-brand match quality, content performance forecasting, churn indicators) and lead them from idea to execution.
• Over 6 years of experience in product management, including 2-3 years of direct involvement with data, ML, or analytics products.
• Strong technical fluency with a previous background in engineering (an ex-engineer transitioning to PM is the ideal candidate).
• Practical experience in writing or reviewing SQL; adept at navigating modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
• Proven history of delivering ML-related features from start to finish (recommendations, ranking, prediction, scoring systems).
• Familiarity with LLMs or AI-native product workflows (prompting, agent design, RAG pipelines, etc.).
• Ability to effectively communicate model outputs and data insights into engaging product narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Established experience managing roadmaps linked to commercial results (NDR, churn reduction, ARPU growth).
• Knowledge of creator economy dynamics, marketplace mechanics, or challenges associated with two-sided platform products is a significant advantage.
• Experience in developing internal data tools and dashboards that support operations and customer success teams.
• Inherently curious—someone who actively seeks insights within the data warehouse, not just when requested.
• Comfortable working in uncertain environments; you identify problems proactively rather than waiting for them to be presented.
• Capable of engaging on multiple levels: discussing technical depths with engineers while presenting strategic concepts to leadership.
• Quickly build trust with engineering teams; they desire collaboration rather than just management.
• A strong ownership mindset; excel in lean, founder-like environments.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Flexible working hours and remote work options.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Engaging team culture with regular team-building activities.
