This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy and roadmap for a significant product area or a cross-product initiative that aligns with company and portfolio objectives.
• Convert the company vision into a precise product direction, pinpointing opportunities for differentiation, growth, and customer value.
• Manage planning that spans from several quarters to multiple years, balancing innovation, scalability, and customer requirements.
• Cultivate extensive knowledge in legal operations, enterprise SaaS, and AI-driven workflows.
• Keep ahead of market trends and convert them into actionable product opportunities.
• Shape product direction through competitive insights, customer research, and data analysis.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle for complex initiatives—from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Establish high-quality product requirements and ensure alignment among engineering, design, and stakeholders.
• Create prioritization frameworks that balance impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Act as the vital link between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Foster alignment on product direction, trade-offs, and delivery timelines across various teams.
• Collaborate with GTM teams on positioning, packaging, and successful product launches.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate problems and solutions.
• Define and take ownership of success metrics linked to business outcomes.
• Utilize data and insights to continually refine product direction and prioritize investments.
• Work alongside engineering and architecture teams to develop scalable, extensible platform capabilities.
• Participate in decisions regarding AI/ML integration, data models, and system design trade-offs.
• Ensure that solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert and internal thought leader in product and domain areas.
• Persuade executive stakeholders through clear communication of strategy, trade-offs, and results.
• Enhance product management practices by mentoring other PMs and promoting best practices across teams.
• 8–10+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Previous experience with case management or practice management software, legal operations concepts, and use cases, as well as legal technology.
• Proven history of owning and successfully delivering complex, high-impact products or platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the capability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Extensive experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, and agile execution.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in leveraging data to drive prioritization and measure success.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or related enterprise workflow domains (Preferred).
• Background in AI/ML-powered products, automation, or data-driven platforms (Preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS metrics, pricing/packaging, and customer lifecycle management (Preferred).
• Experience working across multiple product lines or platform ecosystems (Preferred).
