Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the roadmap for AI-driven capabilities by understanding the operational realities of real estate organizations, converting real-world workflows into product requirements and measurable success metrics.

• Manage features throughout their lifecycle, including post-launch performance metrics such as accuracy over time, edge cases, and the balance between automation and human oversight.

• Collaborate directly with clients handling billions in real estate assets to comprehend their requirements and ensure that AI-generated results meet their standards.

• Work in close partnership with data science and engineering teams to transform real estate domain requirements into specifications, models, and evaluation frameworks that they can develop and test against.

• Foster alignment among product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, often without direct authority.

• Leverage AI tools in your own processes to enhance efficiency and improve product outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in product management with a proven history of delivering successful B2B products, predominantly for real estate organizations.

• Hands-on experience in launching at least one AI/ML-powered feature or product in production, or demonstrable, continuous proficiency in utilizing AI for product management tasks.

• Sufficient comfort with data and models to collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers on evaluation design, without the necessity to develop the models yourself.

• Strong analytical and quantitative decision-making abilities, with the discernment to determine when a simpler, non-AI solution is the most appropriate choice.

• A self-motivated individual who excels in uncertain environments, acts swiftly with limited resources, and is at ease making decisions with incomplete information.

• A genuine passion for sustainability and the belief that there is significant product potential at the intersection of real estate and climate data.
