Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the General Manager of TPO to create and implement a long-term product vision.

• Oversee the development of our TPO lending ecosystem.

• Lead the creation and launch of a self-service portal with high conversion rates.

• Work alongside the Lead Qualification and Decisioning teams to ensure the integration of real-time automated underwriting and appropriate risk pricing into the TPO workflow.

• Take responsibility for key performance metrics related to channel performance, such as partner onboarding efficiency, pull-through rates, and loan origination volume.

• Serve as the central communication point among Engineering, Capital Markets, Sales, Underwriting & Ops, Risk, and Compliance.

• Build and maintain relationships with important third-party technology partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating a successful background in Mortgage TPO, Fintech, or Lending platforms.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the TPO sector, including the differences between wholesale and correspondent channels, mortgage origination processes, and lien products such as HELOC and HELOAN.

• Proficient in API-first product development, mortgage LOS integrations, and automated decision-making/rules engines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
