Principal Product Manager – AI Restaurant Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform outcomes into actionable products for operators. Analyze the outcomes achieved, suggest the next optimal steps with a clear rationale, and provide a seamless one-tap method to implement them.

• Engage extensively with restaurant owners and frontline teams to develop a profound understanding of operator needs and translate that insight into delivered products.

• Convert playbooks into tailored actions based on the unique data, configuration, and operational context of each restaurant.

• Launch impactful closed-loop playbooks that convert signals into straightforward recommendations and one-tap actions. Examples include profit-focused demand capture, self-optimizing menus, dynamic specials to enhance slower periods, reputation automation, and strategies to re-engage high-value guests.

• Take responsibility for the underlying structures of orders, menus, integrations, and reliability, ensuring the product remains trustworthy as it scales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of product management experience (or equivalent experience in building), with a proven history of delivering products.

• Strong empathy for operators and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You build conviction through direct engagement with customers.

• AI product instincts rooted in real-world operations. You think in cycles and prioritize quality and continuous improvement.

• Technical expertise and solid collaboration with engineering teams. You can analyze systems, data flows, and reliability.

• Exceptional judgment and ability to prioritize. You can balance the need for speed, accuracy, and long-term sustainability.
