Principal Product Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI solutions.

• Collaborate with customer outcomes to formulate problem statements.

• Partner with engineering and data science teams to define the scope of experiments.

• Lead customer discovery initiatives; design pilot programs and proof points.

• Manage the business case: model unit economics and return on investment (ROI).

• Ensure data readiness and integrity by evaluating data quality.

• Work collaboratively across various teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of product management experience in developing B2B or enterprise software.

• At least 3 years of experience delivering AI/ML-driven products from inception to general availability (GA).

• A demonstrated history of shipping a minimum of 2 AI/ML products utilized by enterprise customers.

• Hands-on proficiency with data, including querying or analyzing large datasets.

• Experience in leading cross-functional execution with diverse teams.

• Capability to build return on investment (ROI) and unit economics models.

• Familiarity with navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-related discipline.
