This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Advocate for AI throughout the organization: uncover opportunities, showcase potential, and foster enthusiasm for AI-enhanced workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between the AI engineering team and business units, ensuring initiatives are aligned with genuine operational needs and facilitating mutual understanding.
• Develop straightforward, impactful solutions where a quick prototype or lightweight automation addresses issues without necessitating a complete engineering project.
• Manage the internal AI portfolio from start to finish: prioritize initiatives, outline them with defined success criteria and responsible business owners, establish engineering requirements, and monitor ROI and progress towards outcomes.
• Oversee the operational rhythm and deliver high-quality leadership outputs, including decision memos, portfolio reviews, and executive updates.
• Utilize AI tools daily to synthesize information, draft documents, create prototypes, and enhance your own work. Stay updated with the latest advancements and proactively share relevant developments with the team.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in product management, technical program management, or delivery leadership within a software or AI setting; or at least 3 years in AI engineering or senior data science, with a desire to transition into a product ownership role.
• Solid understanding of contemporary AI systems: LLM-based workflows, agentic architectures, applied automation, and evaluation methodologies.
• Practical, daily application of AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) that serve as true productivity enhancers.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with senior stakeholders and converting strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Exceptional written communication skills: crafting requirements, briefs, decision documents, and reports for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
