This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of roadmap creation, governance from intake to prioritization, alignment with users and stakeholders, value assessment, and the sequencing of cross-team product initiatives.
• Create and uphold thematic roadmaps that illustrate how the program will provide value in both short-term and long-term increments, while being flexible to changes in funding, regulations, security, resource readiness, and policy.
• Collaborate with customer product owners and management stakeholders to establish anticipated outcomes, hypotheses, value metrics, trade-offs, and success criteria for features, workflows, data products, dashboards, APIs, and AI functionalities.
• Leverage user archetypes, journey research, support trends, and both qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform product strategy, onboarding, documentation, service design, and AI implementation decisions.
• Oversee product sequencing across delivery workstreams, which include user success, documentation, support, analytics experience, dashboard governance, public-facing products, AI and platform feature enablement, data supply chain, metadata maturity, APIs, and partner integrations.
• Advocate for straightforward, user-friendly, and accessible experiences across onboarding, access, discoverability, documentation, dashboards, conversational analytics, public-facing products, and support escalation pathways.
• Direct relevant coverage areas, encompassing unified front-door service, user support, onboarding, documentation, coaching and training, communications, analytics discoverability, dashboard governance, AI service implementation, support operations, and stakeholder engagement.
• All candidates must successfully obtain public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or secure clearance via the Foreign National Government System, which necessitates having resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 out of the last 5 years, holding a valid and unexpired passport from their country of origin, and having the appropriate VISA/work permit documentation.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to lead product management for data, analytics, cloud platforms, digital services, APIs, or enterprise software programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps, intake models, prioritization frameworks, product metrics, stakeholder alignment, release sequencing, and cross-team product governance.
• Capacity to utilize Human-Centered Design methodologies, user research, usability testing, journey mapping, personas, prototypes, content analysis, and feedback loops to steer product direction.
• Experience in translating user and stakeholder requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, PI objectives, product decisions, service documentation, and measurable results.
• Familiarity with governed self-service analytics, data products, metadata, dashboard governance, public-facing reporting workflows, API services, AI-enabled functionalities, onboarding, support, and change management.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, plain language principles, U.S. Web Design System patterns, Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA, public-data controls, and privacy-conscious publication practices for user-facing products.
• Ability to adhere to customer-specific security, privacy, accessibility, quality, training, and data-handling standards for assigned systems and data.
