Principal Product Designer – Provider Platform

📋 Description

• Define and lead the design vision across intricate, multi-team product domains.

• Recognize high-impact opportunities and steer teams towards meaningful solutions.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and leadership to formulate strategies and influence roadmaps.

• Design and manage cohesive, end-to-end experiences across marketplace, provider, and practice products.

• Establish and refine design systems, frameworks, and patterns.

• Enhance quality through hands-on involvement, constructive critique, and mentorship.

• Promote efficient delivery while navigating trade-offs between speed, fidelity, and scalability.

• Lead the incorporation of AI-native workflows and innovative tools to expedite concept-to-production cycles.

• Demonstrated history of leading and delivering significant product initiatives across complex, multi-team challenges.

• Strong product judgment with the ability to influence strategic direction.

• Exceptional craftsmanship, creativity, and aesthetic sense.

• Profound systems thinking and experience designing across customer journeys.

• Experience in constructing scalable, reusable frameworks within a multi-sided ecosystem.

• Capacity to collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to achieve alignment in uncertain environments.

• Proven ability to ship at scale and manage execution trade-offs.

• Background in closely collaborating with engineering teams.

• Experience in utilizing emerging AI-native tools and workflows.

• A track record of elevating standards through mentorship, critique, and design leadership.
