This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Direct the design strategy for Guidelines, Finder, Developer Experience, Integrations, and Media Delivery, establishing a clear vision for your product domain and coordinating multiple teams and designers towards common objectives.
• Incorporate craftsmanship, refinement, and meticulous attention to detail in intricate product experiences, ensuring they are simple, cohesive, consistent, and unmistakably aligned with the brand.
• Enhance Frontify’s product identity by infusing greater brand expression, personality, and emotional resonance into the application experience.
• Develop scalable UX and UI patterns across Guidelines, Finder, developer-oriented tools, integration setup, content APIs, asset selection, and media delivery experiences.
• Recognize fragmentation and design debt across product domains, introducing structure, clarity, and reusable patterns that enable teams to work more efficiently with superior quality.
• Contribute to Frontify’s design system by creating components, interaction patterns, principles, and documentation that elevate consistency and craftsmanship across teams.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to make technically complex features feel accessible, valuable, and well-designed.
• Mentor designers across teams, assisting them in making informed design choices, aligning with broader product goals, and balancing systematic thinking with polished execution.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, brand consistency, and high-quality design throughout all experiences you influence.
• Over 8 years of experience in designing SaaS, enterprise, platform, developer, or other sophisticated digital products.
• A profound passion for brands, brand systems, visual craftsmanship, and the nuances that contribute to a product's polished, distinctive, and vibrant feel.
• Proven experience in establishing design direction across various teams or product areas, aligning designers, product managers, and engineers with a clear vision.
• Comfortable designing for complex product domains such as DAM, CMS, developer platforms, APIs, integrations, workflow tools, brand management, or enterprise applications.
• Ability to think in systems and principles while enjoying the hands-on craft of designing interfaces that are elegant, useful, and thoughtfully considered.
• Extensive experience with design systems, component libraries, brand systems, or platform-level UX frameworks.
• Elevate quality standards by developing shared principles, minimizing design debt, and creating experiences that are consistent, polished, and aligned with the brand.
• Highly skilled in Figma and comfortable working with component libraries, tokens, and scalable design workflows.
• Communicate effectively and influence through strong reasoning, taste, design quality, and structured thought processes.
• Eager to explore emerging technologies, including AI, and their potential to enhance product experiences, automation, scalability, and creative workflows.
• Proficient in English.
