Principal Product Designer – Contract-to-Hire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and guide the product design vision for significant initiatives, ensuring it aligns with user demands and corporate objectives.

• Set the benchmark for design excellence through direct involvement, including user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and visually engaging mockups.

• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders.

• Motivate and mentor designers, promoting a culture of learning and creative exploration.

• Champion user-centered design principles and highlight the importance of design in achieving business success.

• Convey compelling narratives that explain the reasoning behind design choices, motivate stakeholders, and unify cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of professional design experience, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership or mentoring roles for other designers.

• Proven experience in designing for web, mobile, or cross-platform ecosystems at scale.

• Outstanding communication abilities, with a talent for persuading executive stakeholders and garnering team support around a vision.

• A growth-oriented mindset with the capacity to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Additional consideration for experience with PaaS or SaaS products.
