📋 Description

• Take charge of the UX Strategy: Outline the complete traveller journey, aligning design choices directly with business results and the product vision.

• Influence Stakeholder Decisions: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data to make impactful decisions in uncertain environments.

• Comprehensive Development: Oversee the entire process from discovery to delivery, ensuring the launch of top-tier UI, UX, and CX on both web and mobile platforms.

• Systematic Scaling: Establish and manage reusable components, design systems, and accessibility standards to uphold quality as we scale.

• Ensure Quality Execution: Work closely with engineering teams to connect design intentions with implementation, maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Create Smart Workflows: Develop intuitive AI-enhanced experiences, including agentic flows, conversational interfaces, and personalized interactions.

• Foster Trust & Clarity: Make complex AI interactions feel natural, transparent, and seamlessly intuitive for users.

• Amplify Efficiency: Utilize modern AI tools to expedite your workflow, from quick prototyping to pattern development.

• Operate Independently: Assume full responsibility for the traveller experience with a high level of trust and minimal supervision.

• Enhance Team Skills: Contribute to the team's overall craft through constructive feedback, skill development, and mentorship as the team expands.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience building products from the ground up and are eager to do it again.

• As a true self-starter, you excel in high-autonomy environments—fully owning a significant scope from initial strategy through to final execution.

• You are undeterred by ambiguity; you are naturally attracted to challenging problems without predefined solutions.

• Strategic and systems-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to shape product direction, influence roadmap choices, and unify diverse stakeholders around a cohesive customer vision.

• Comprehensive craftsmanship. A robust portfolio showcasing complex digital products delivered end-to-end across UX, UI, and CX, with extensive design systems experience.

• Instincts for AI. Proven experience in designing AI-driven or data-centric products with a knack for making intelligent systems transparent and reliable.

• Proficient in modern tools. Expertise in Figma and the current toolset, UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG), with a comfort in using data to inform decisions.

• AI-focused practices. You proactively integrate AI tools into your workflow and collaborate closely with engineers to maintain design integrity throughout delivery.
