Principal Process Manager, Cash Monitoring & Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, organize, and lead the team while overseeing workflow and process management activities.

• Develop or validate team processes and process flows, as well as identify opportunities for process enhancements.

• Create and produce reports and metrics that measure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

• Guide the team in adhering to practices, policies, and methodologies related to its processes.

• Investigate and rectify data issues using departmental tools.

• Serve as a process subject matter expert for the team during projects and meetings with business units and third-party vendors.

• Utilize cash tools and reports to proactively address issues and tackle complex challenges.

• Provide backup assistance for other ATM and Cash processes as required.

• Evaluate the upstream and downstream effects within the cash ecosystem.

• Mentor and nurture team members, promoting a positive collaborative atmosphere, while supporting performance management initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite is necessary.

• At least 1 year of experience in process management is essential.

• Preferred: a minimum of 2 years of experience in Cash Operations.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience is advantageous.

• Preferred: Certification in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management is desirable.

• Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in Process Management.

• Must maintain a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions.

• A reliable private internet connection that is not provided through cellular data or hotspot is required.

• A password-protected private network where the associate has control or visibility of every device is necessary.

• Service provider must offer cable or fiber internet service.

• Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads is required.

• A hardwired or WiFi connection is acceptable if speed and security criteria are fulfilled.

• Candidates must reside in the United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

• International work outside the continental United States or in California is not permitted.
