This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the API platform roadmap, which includes label creation, MCP, SDKs, and developer documentation.
• Manage MCP as a product and determine its evolution and alignment with other integration paths.
• Establish and uphold platform standards for teams expanding the API surface, including reporting APIs, EDD, and Autopilot.
• Set the criteria for how developers test integrations with various carriers.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on decisions regarding platform architecture and long-term technical investments.
• Develop and sustain a perspective on developer experience, focusing on onboarding, documentation quality, SDK coverage, and MCP capabilities.
• Represent the platform in cross-team planning to ensure domain teams adhere to platform standards.
• Interact directly with developers and mid-market customers to identify integration challenges and prioritize resolutions.
• Provide product guidance and mentorship to other PMs working on the platform.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of managing developer-facing or API-first products.
• Experience establishing technical or platform standards that other teams have adopted.
• Profound understanding of API design, developer experience, and SDK strategy.
• Familiarity with MCP, agentic commerce, or LLM-driven integrations.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or ecommerce infrastructure is advantageous.
