• Define the strategy for AI platforms.

• Shape the design and strategic direction for enterprise AI platforms.

• Establish scalable models for access and orchestration.

• Design robust, enterprise-grade AI systems.

• Create reference architectures tailored for AI applications.

• Promote responsible adoption of AI and ensure governance.

• Lead and mentor engineering teams effectively.

• Collaborate with senior leadership across various departments to deliver AI platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or architecture.

• Extensive experience with AI/ML platforms and generative AI technologies.

• Proven experience in designing agent-based systems or orchestration frameworks.

• Strong foundation in cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.

• Proficient in APIs, data platforms, vector databases, and retrieval-based systems.

• Familiar with identity management, security, and governance patterns in enterprise systems.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale initiatives.

• Capacity to translate intricate technical concepts into business strategies.

• Enthusiasm for mentoring engineers and fostering an engineering culture.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
