This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the technical contact for Channel partners across the Americas.
• Offer transparency and insight into the technical requests of partners.
• Ensure that requests align with Partner expectations.
• Serve as the consistent technical representative of PTC to partners.
• Address partner inquiries related to PTC solutions.
• Assist partners in navigating the presale technical evaluation process.
• Facilitate ongoing collaboration with Customer Success.
• Work closely with Product Management and R&D to clarify complex technical questions.
• Assess partner readiness and maturity levels.
• Develop a standardized process and toolkit for logging, routing, and tracking partner technical requests.
• Advocate new PTC product features and tools to partners.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical roles that involve customer or partner interaction.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Deep understanding of PTC's solutions and the broader partner ecosystem.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and IaaS/PaaS/SaaS technologies.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the Americas region.
