This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer subject matter expertise and analysis to both current and prospective clients.
• Connect high-level security policies and requirements with their technical and operational execution.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects.
• Deliver technical and analytical support for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) to address and resolve issues related to OT Architecture, Policy, and Cybersecurity initiatives.
• Assess issues, propose potential courses of action (COAs) for resolution, implement the appropriate COA, and document the COA, including resolution efforts.
• Provide technical and analytical assistance to the Program Manager or Senior Leaders.
• Travel as necessary and approved to offer technical and analytical support at designated locations (CONUS or OCONUS).
• Manage communications with Government stakeholders, offer advisory support, and prepare briefs for senior leadership.
• Assist in or lead proposal development efforts.
• Create action-oriented tasks and timelines to ensure tracking to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of ten (10) years in an Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) role, with experience across various architectures within the DoW, showcasing progressive skill and responsibility growth.
• A solid understanding of the distinctions between IT and OT, with the ability to clearly explain these differences, as well as their interactions and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to independently initiate, monitor, and manage tasks with a strong focus on detail, quality, and process orientation.
• Familiarity with DoDI 8510.01 policy and principles, with at least 5 years of direct experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Comprehensive understanding of information security principles and risk assessment techniques related to OT/FRCS.
• Capability to leverage previous experience and knowledge to navigate new situations and integrate new information, particularly during client interactions.
• Readiness and ability to prioritize and deliver results under tight deadlines in a demanding workload environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas to both senior leadership and technical staff.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Certification: CompTIA Sec+
