This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Taking ownership of and enhancing the workspace narrative and messaging strategy, ensuring it aligns with product strategy, audience requirements, and business objectives.
• Cultivating a profound understanding of audience mindsets across various divisions and customizing messaging and storytelling methods to facilitate adoption and comprehension.
• Creating and upholding messaging frameworks that direct feature communications, storytelling materials, and audience-specific positioning.
• Developing and managing a centralized repository of continuously updated narrative resources, such as messaging frameworks, talking points, feature advantages, monthly reports, demos, and success stories.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and the broader marketing department to ensure that unique audience and messaging requirements are recognized and can shape high-level strategy.
• Over 7 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications, or a related field.
• Strong insight into audiences, with the capability to discern subtle differences in customer needs, motivations, and mindsets.
• Proven expertise in communications and narrative strategy, preferably within the technology sector.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to convert complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
• Deep collaborative skills, capable of establishing trust, fostering alignment, and influencing results across a wide array of partners and teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Capacity to operate as an Individual Contributor, with a long-term interest in people management.
