This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the enterprise learning architecture for multi-program transformations (e.g., PLM, CAD, ALM, digital thread), ensuring alignment with business outcomes and sponsor priorities.
• Design, implement, and oversee tailored role-based training initiatives for Windchill, Codebeamer, Creo, and other PTC solutions.
• Employ advanced training methodologies, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, to enhance adoption across customer organizations.
• Collaborate with the OCM Lead to provide learning and adoption services, prioritizing education and enablement for PLM, CAD, and ALM solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed training materials, guides, and curricula customized to customer roles and business processes.
• Work alongside customer leadership and end users to evaluate training needs and ensure alignment with adoption goals.
• Develop metrics to assess training effectiveness, user engagement, and knowledge retention, integrating these metrics into adoption reporting dashboards.
• Mentor both internal and external trainers to guarantee consistent quality of delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure timely integration of new features and updates into training programs.
• Assist marketing and sales teams by providing training-related materials and engaging in customer success initiatives.
• Continuously enhance training strategies based on feedback and changing customer needs.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in training design and delivery for enterprise systems.
• Strong expertise in PLM solutions.
• Proficiency in instructional design, learning engineering, performance support, microlearning, and scenario-based practice, with an emphasis on accessible and inclusive design.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing role-based training programs and TTT initiatives.
• Experience in applying OCM methodologies to support training and adoption strategies.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital adoption tools.
• Proven experience with at least one of the PTC software solutions such as Windchill, Creo, or Codebeamer.
• Experience with learning tools and platforms like Viva Learning, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or equivalent.
