This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborates with C-Suite executives to design high-value, multifaceted, enterprise-wide solutions across both mature and emerging markets.
• Takes the lead in identifying, developing, and advancing large, complex deals, typically valued at $100M+ (or as determined by leadership), along with strategically significant opportunities of similar complexity.
• Enhances growth in both the quality and quantity of large-scale opportunities within the GEMS portfolio (strategic accounts).
• Acts as the primary architect for deal strategy, encompassing structuring, positioning, and value articulation.
• Works cross-functionally (sales, finance, legal, delivery, and executive leadership) to shape and mature opportunities from initial concept through to deal closure.
• Develops unique deal constructs that meet client needs while maximizing enterprise value.
• Evaluates and prioritizes opportunities based on their strategic fit, risk, and return profile.
• Influences senior stakeholders both internally and externally to align on intricate deal structures.
• Establishes repeatable frameworks and best practices for the development of large deals.
• Secures net new logos, expands whitespace in target accounts, and creates repeatable sources of new pipeline.
• Creates and maintains a named account prospect list.
• Develops strategic account plans for key targets.
• Manages opportunities through qualification, business case development, and internal alignment before transferring to the “closing team."
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of current and emerging technologies and how they are utilized by other enterprises to drive business success.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the capability to develop and articulate a business vision.
• Proficient influencing and negotiation skills in environments where this role may not have direct control.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, including industry-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to explain IT concepts and technologies to business leaders.
• Proven track record in developing and finalizing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to operate independently while influencing within a highly matrixed organization.
• Executive presence along with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in structuring non-standard, high-value transactions.
