Principal IS Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee extensive, varied, and intricate projects that involve multiple divisions and/or functional areas within Information Technology, particularly focusing on Revenue Cycle applications.

• Strategically plan, organize, and guide teams to fulfill project tasks while providing updates to senior leadership.

• Utilize expertise and experience to ensure that projects are organized and implemented in alignment with their objectives, while proactively identifying potential risks and issues for effective mitigation planning.

• Promote collaboration among teams and stakeholders, leading through influence to achieve project goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience in the healthcare, information technology, or related industries, successfully leading large, diverse, and complex projects.

• Proficient in applying Project Management methodologies based on established project management principles.

• Experience in integrating process improvement methodologies into large-scale projects.

• Skilled in facilitating complex decision-making processes among multiple executive stakeholders with varying interests and priorities.

• Capable of delivering presentations in professional settings, such as conferences and association meetings.

• Experience in business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution, including marketing, communications, and financial planning.
