This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee advanced data analysis and modeling across intricate datasets.
• Convert analytical insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
• Perform in-depth ROI, opportunity cost, and resource allocation analyses.
• Create dashboards, automated tools, KPI reporting products, data models, and analytical instruments.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business review sessions.
• Execute market research and competitive analysis.
• Integrate external market intelligence with internal data for strategic planning purposes.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, operations, finance, clinical, and technology teams.
• Work alongside data scientists and engineers on planning, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage ad hoc and intricate reporting requests.
• Advocate for process optimization and transformative business practices.
• Propel strategic initiatives that influence revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Mentor and cultivate junior analysts.
• Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis tools, methodologies, and database architecture.
• Develop training materials and best practices.
• Train and guide analysts and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, industry standards, access controls, and data integrity practices.
• Complete special projects and any other assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, operational excellence/process improvement, and/or finance.
• Extensive knowledge in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Strong skills in SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Power Pivot, or related BI platforms.
• Proficient in analyzing large, complex datasets to generate predictive insights and prescriptive solutions.
• Exceptional data storytelling abilities tailored for non-technical and executive audiences.
• Strong business acumen, including business optimization, ROI analysis, financial modeling, and opportunity cost assessments.
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects and ad hoc analytical requests in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and best practices in data security.
• Proven track record of developing analytical teams through mentoring, technical support, and career coaching.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access, with advanced modeling and executive presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Lean principles, process improvement methodologies, and Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, healthcare payment accuracy, and/or software industries is highly preferred.
• Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, project management, or related fields are an advantage.
