This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Assist in the complete employee lifecycle processes in France and Germany, encompassing onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding.
β’ Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating onboarding activities.
β’ Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
β’ Oversee changes to employee-related data such as working hours, leave administration, and updates related to benefits.
β’ Organize and manage activities related to the French Works Council/CSE, including preparation, consultation needs, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Offer guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues and local employment standards.
β’ Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership on employee cases involving performance issues, workplace concerns, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
β’ Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers regarding people-related inquiries.
β’ Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations.
β’ Assist in payroll preparation by managing employee data and variable payroll inputs.
β’ Oversee compensation and benefits administration processes.
β’ Work with payroll teams to guarantee timely and accurate processing.
β’ Handle the administrative components of the French training plan and related legal obligations.
β’ Coordinate occupational health appointments and associated processes.
β’ Promote workplace well-being and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
β’ Act as an advocate for disability matters where applicable.
β’ Analyze HR data to aid decision-making and provide operational insights.
β’ Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track essential HR metrics.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance People Operations processes and improve employee experience.
β’ Lead or participate in HR initiatives and projects to ensure their successful execution.
β’ Collaborate with global HR teams to support both regional and global programs.
β’ At least 8-10 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Employee Relations roles.
β’ Extensive experience managing French Works Council/CSE processes independently.
β’ Strong understanding of French labor laws.
β’ Experience in supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle activities in Germany.
β’ Knowledge of HRIS systems, with a preference for Workday.
β’ Must be fluent in both French and English, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously.
β’ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Experience in HR organizations that require a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
β’ Skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.
