This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Collaborate with R&D SVPs, VPs, and senior directors to design and enhance organizational structures that can scale; act as a trusted advisor during reorganizations and structural transitions, assisting leaders in managing personnel impacts with care and clarity.
β’ Lead organizational design projects from start to finish: diagnosing root causes, aligning stakeholders, communicating changes, and implementing solutions.
β’ Ensure consistent, high-quality performance evaluations across Engineering, Product Management, and Design β enhancing leadership capabilities and guaranteeing fair, differentiated results.
β’ Promote a culture of clear expectations and open feedback; assist leaders in understanding what "raising the bar" entails in practice.
β’ Utilize engagement data, pulse surveys, and qualitative insights to identify organizational health risks and collaborate with leaders on strategic action planning.
β’ Represent R&D in the design and implementation of company-wide people initiatives β ensuring that compensation cycles, leveling frameworks, and engagement programs are effectively executed.
β’ Apply an analytical perspective to your work β leveraging data to inform decisions, assess outcomes, and communicate a cohesive narrative to senior stakeholders.
β’ Over 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a minimum of 5 years supporting engineering, product, or design teams.
β’ Proven expertise in organizational design β you have led restructuring initiatives rather than merely supporting them.
β’ Experience as a trusted advisor to VP- and SVP-level leaders; recognized for your ability to influence and coach effectively.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities β proficient in using AI tools and handling employee data, engagement metrics, and headcount models to formulate recommendations.
β’ Excellent judgment: adept at knowing when to assert, when to listen, and when to escalate issues.
β’ High emotional intelligence and the ability to rapidly build trust within a diverse, technically proficient workforce.
β’ Background in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment.
β’ Experience supporting a globally distributed R&D organization.
