• Take ownership of the Executive Search Function.
• Oversee full-cycle executive searches for VP, SVP, and proactive roles on a global scale, from initial intake to offer closure and onboarding transition.
• Act as the main point of contact and strategic consultant to C-suite hiring managers throughout the search process.
• Create and implement tailored search strategies for each position, which includes market mapping, target company identification, outreach sequences, and candidate positioning.
• Handle a select portfolio of concurrent confidential searches while maintaining strict discretion and adherence to timelines.
• Establish trusted relationships with the CPO, CFO, CTPO, General Counsel, and other functional leaders to thoroughly comprehend their organizational needs and long-term talent vision.
• Present candidate slates, market benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in polished, executive-ready formats.
• Provide advice to stakeholders on organizational design, leveling, and talent availability when developing headcount plans rather than merely filling roles.
• Influence offer strategies, compensation structures, and negotiation approaches for vital executive hires.
• Maintain an up-to-date talent map of executive-level professionals across key functions and regions, including competitors, related industries, and passive candidates with whom you have established long-term relationships.
• Foster a proprietary network of executives who perceive ServiceTitan as a preferred employer, even prior to job openings.
• Create and present regular reports on the executive talent market, covering compensation trends, supply and demand dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Monitor and report on executive search metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, slate diversity, and sources of hire to the Head of TA and People leadership.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and Finance on executive-level compensation benchmarking and equity modeling for offer scenarios.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for high-caliber executive talent, ensuring a world-class candidate experience that embodies ServiceTitan's culture and aspirations.
• Work alongside Communications and Marketing to craft executive employer branding narratives for targeted markets.
• Represent ServiceTitan at executive-level industry events, forums, and networks to enhance brand credibility among senior leaders.
• 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years successfully placing VP+ level leaders in high-growth technology companies, whether in-house, at a retained search firm, or both.
• Proven capability to manage confidential, complex searches while exercising senior-level discretion and effective stakeholder management.
• Expert-level proficiency in executive sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, network mapping, research methodologies, and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter/Gem.
• Experience providing counsel to C-suite stakeholders as a trusted thought partner, rather than just a transactional recruiter.
• In-depth knowledge of executive compensation structures, encompassing equity programs and long-term incentive designs at both growth-stage and pre/post-IPO companies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach, deliver concise executive presentations, and discern when to speak and when to listen.
• Strong understanding of executive search metrics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making and reporting to leadership.
