Principal Enterprise Architect – Mergers & Acquisitions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior architectural expert during deal evaluations and pre-LOI assessments.

• Establish and oversee enterprise architecture strategies.

• Lead assessments of the technology landscape.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to impact technology investment choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 15 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture positions.

• At least 4 years of experience leading technology due diligence and/or integration architecture in M&A contexts.

• Demonstrated experience throughout the entire M&A lifecycle.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity and risk assessment frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
