Principal Engineering Program Manager – Voice Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineering to outline and develop solutions and services.

• Engage with Engineering teams and business stakeholders effectively.

• Oversee the release process and establish the identity of the solution/service.

• Connect with and provide support to the caregiver community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the contact center domain.

• Strong expertise in Cisco/Webex is highly preferred.
