This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and advocate for the AI and agentic flows strategy, ensuring alignment of business metrics, engineering requirements, and platform opportunities.
• Create a roadmap for the implementation of agentic automation features, smart assistants, and AI-driven workflows throughout all engineering sectors.
• Identify and address bottlenecks within the entire product and software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Trust, and Security teams to responsibly and effectively integrate AI capabilities at scale.
• Facilitate the internal adoption of AI and share external use cases.
• Lead intricate cross-team projects that necessitate alignment among multiple stakeholders.
• Consistently enhance the standards for code and architectural quality within engineering.
• Oversee the delivery of essential agentic workflows that boost productivity across engineering functions.
• Balance practical contributions with effective delegation, aiming for 60% execution and 40% strategic planning.
• Propel measurable adoption of AI tools and workflows among internal teams.
• Capacity to implement industry standards, ethical frameworks, guardrails, and quality metrics for AI behavior and automated workflows.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs, such as AI-driven usage increases, automation ROI, and decreases in manual workflows.
• 8+ years of experience leading strategic productivity initiatives, preferably in SaaS/Cloud platforms or developer tools, with a proven track record in AI initiatives.
• Recognized as an expert in developing distributed systems and/or the infrastructure and tools that support them.
• Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communicator capable of translating complex technical strategies into outcomes focused on impact.
• Proven history of delivering products or features that provide measurable business value.
• Comfortable establishing success criteria, metrics, and ROI for uncertain, forward-looking domains.
• Practical experience with AI or related AI/ML platforms, including LLM integration and workflow automation, with a clear interest in developing agentic patterns.
• In-depth knowledge of responsible AI practices and governance.
• Enthusiasm for addressing genuine customer challenges with elegant and scalable solutions.
• Ability to connect technical initiatives directly to business KPIs, such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
