This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

• Drive the advancement of the organization's enterprise data platform strategy and architecture.

• Define data standards and enhance the maturity of the Snowflake platform.

• Establish governance frameworks and practices for metadata management.

• Finalize the migration of legacy data assets into a scalable, governed, and reusable enterprise data ecosystem.

• Integrate deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to build architectural foundations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent educational experience.

• 8 years of relevant experience; software development experience preferred with increasing levels of responsibility.

• Extensive experience in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similar.

• Familiarity with source code control systems like Git.

• Significant SQL integration development experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Proficient in Agile software development methodologies and tools including Azure DevOps, TFS, and Jira.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Extensive experience with Azure, AWS, hybrid, and other cloud technologies.

• Proven experience in designing and successfully executing highly complex projects.
