Principal Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor data analysts throughout various projects.

• Conduct intricate data analysis utilizing SQL, healthcare data models, and QNXT schemas.

• Examine Medicaid business processes, including member and eligibility data, claims, providers, pharmacy, and TPL.

• Develop and uphold data mapping documents, interface specifications, conversion rules, and testing artifacts.

• Assist with data conversions, system integrations, reporting solutions, and healthcare interfaces, which include batch, API, real-time, and file-based interfaces.

• Detect data gaps, resolve discrepancies, and guarantee data quality during implementations and production support.

• Work collaboratively with technical and business teams to outline requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Set best practices and standardize data analysis methodologies across various initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, data integration, business systems analysis, solution design, or a related field.

• A minimum of seven years of experience utilizing SQL for analyzing, validating, reconciling, transforming, or troubleshooting complex relational data.

• Five or more years of experience in supporting Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare payer, pharmacy benefit, claims administration, or another highly regulated healthcare environment.

• Experience in supporting large-scale system implementation, modernization, conversion, or DDI programs.

• Proven experience in producing source-to-target mappings, interface specifications, data-analysis results, and test artifacts.

• Video cameras are required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.
