This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Lead customer engagement initiatives across active accounts
• Cultivate relationships with surgeons, nurses, operating room leaders, administrators, residents, information technology teams, and executive stakeholders
• Promote the adoption and utilization of Digital Technologies solutions by aligning them with clinical workflows, operational priorities, and organizational goals
• Analyze customer usage metrics and convert insights into actionable plans to enhance adoption, retention, and account growth
• Conduct customer business reviews and present outcomes, opportunities, and performance metrics to hospital stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing health systems and support commercial objectives
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, workflow needs, and suggestions for enhancements
• Provide product training, support feature adoption, and assist with operational troubleshooting alongside technical teams
• Assist with implementation and go-live activities for assigned projects as necessary
• Support hospitals and health systems utilizing Medtronic Digital Technologies, including the Touch Surgery Ecosystem, video management, data analytics, AI, and surgical education platforms
• Travel more than 75% within the Midwest territory
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, clinical operations, perioperative services, customer engagement, or account management
• Experience in operating room, procedural, or surgical care settings
• Experience engaging various stakeholder groups across hospital or health system organizations, including clinical, operational, administrative, and information technology teams
• Willingness to travel over 75% within the designated territory and work remotely in the Midwest region
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
• This is a Principal-level position; U.S. work authorization sponsorship may be provided for Principal-level roles and above
• Preferred: experience in supporting technology adoption within large health systems or integrated delivery networks
• Preferred: experience navigating complex hospital decision-making processes and multi-stakeholder healthcare environments
• Preferred: operating room services experience from a clinical, healthcare technology, consulting, or medical device perspective
• Preferred: involvement in customer-facing initiatives related to workflow optimization, change management, or digital health solutions
• Preferred: technical skills in supporting software, digital health, or connected medical technology platforms
• Preferred: ability to present business, operational, or clinical insights to healthcare stakeholders
