This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take on a leading role in strategic and complex ServiceNow transformation projects: from architecture and roadmap through design & implementation to rollout, governance, and continuous optimization.
• You act as the Lead Architect and strategic advisor for our clients, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• You will support international companies in the digital transformation of their IT and enterprise service processes.
• You serve as a Trusted Advisor for stakeholders up to C-level and act as the central point of contact—internally and externally.
• As a Principal Consultant, you are responsible for the professional and technical quality of complex client projects and significantly contribute to their success.
• You will lead workshops for requirements gathering, process definition, reengineering, gap analysis, and solution architecture.
• You develop target architectures, roadmaps, and technical specifications for enterprise-level implementations of ServiceNow.
• You act as a Subject Matter Expert for several ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, or CSDM.
• You are responsible for designing complex integrations and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• You support pre-sales activities, e.g., through solutioning, technical demos, effort estimations, and architectural concepts.
• You take on technical leadership responsibilities and mentor senior and junior consultants through coaching, quality assurance, and best practices.
• You will further develop your own expertise and actively share knowledge with the team: mentoring, community involvement, tools, methods, and thought leadership.
• At least 9 years of experience in consulting or IT services, with a minimum of 5 years focused on ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in leading large, complex, and multi-modular ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem as well as in architecture, platform design, and technical execution.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification, e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM or comparable.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and Web Services, such as REST and SOAP.
• Proficient in process modeling, process optimization, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent command of German and English.
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge in multiple ServiceNow areas like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, GRC, HRSD, CSM, or Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience with platform implementation, data modeling, integrations, and IT service processes.
• The ability to communicate technical and strategic topics appropriately up to C-level.

• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, RFPs, or proposal processes.
