This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Acquiring new business and fostering repeat clients
• Overseeing key client relationships
• Spearheading the scoping and budgeting of Consulting activities in collaboration with Fortrea-wide projects
• Contributing significantly to Consulting’s financial goals
• Leading internal innovation efforts to meet market and client demands
• Writing industry-leading white papers in the relevant area of expertise
• Ensuring client needs are met effectively
• Supervising project leaders responsible for scope-related activities; providing guidance and redirection as necessary
• Delivering strategic, methodological, and conceptual insights in client engagements
• Offering advice on scientific or technical issues within the area of expertise
• Effectively communicating project results to clients
• Leading cross-functional teams, including those from regulatory, commercial, and clinical divisions
• Upholding personal conduct and business ethics that align with Fortrea’s culture
• Fostering a positive atmosphere and building strong relationships with colleagues within Consulting and across Fortrea
• Engaging in the recruitment of staff
• Performing additional duties as assigned or required
• Advanced degree in relevant fields (e.g., public health, public policy, business, economics/statistics/data science, epidemiology, health economics, pharmacy, medical)
• Proven track record and scientific as well as technical proficiency in at least one (1) area of RWE, HEOR, market access, value demonstration, reimbursement strategy, or regulatory strategy
• Established and maintained robust client relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel internationally to support business needs, as required (15%-50%)
• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in at least one (1) related field (e.g., RWE, HEOR, market access, value demonstration, reimbursement strategy, regulatory strategy)
• At least 8 years of experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams
• Occasional travel to site locations, including domestic trips
• Up to 25% travel required
