
Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM – OTL/Workforce Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver functional consulting services for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence, Time & Labor, and Workforce Scheduler by serving as a subject matter expert and guiding clients through the complete cloud application implementation lifecycle;
• Effectively communicate and manage project deliverables across Absence, OTL, and Workforce Scheduler workstreams;
• Collaborate with clients both on-site and remotely to implement Oracle HCM solutions;
• Assist clients in navigating the delivered functionality, provide best practice advice, map business processes, document requirements, configure system functionalities, and support testing;
• Maintain robust, ongoing relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in Absence, OTL, and scheduling processes;
• Partner with colleagues to enhance delivery models and boost project efficiency and value;
• Mentor junior team members to aid their professional development and strengthen the overall team's capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree;
• Current Oracle Time & Labor certification;
• At least 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead position;
• A minimum of 3 full-cycle OTL/Absence implementations;
• Experience with Workforce Scheduler;
• In-depth knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes;
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
• Proven ability to present complex information clearly and concisely;
• Capability to work effectively in a remote environment with clients and colleagues;
• Familiarity with Redwood and Oracle-delivered AI Agents;
• Language proficiency: English: Proficient.
