This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM Applications, particularly in OM, PO, INVENTORY, COSTING, and MFG modules, along with industry best practices, to create cost-effective solutions for client business challenges.
• Clarify customer requirements, document them comprehensively, and present them for client approval.
• Discover and implement innovative approaches to address system issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer support by collaborating with client teams to gather information and resolve daily system challenges.
• Diagnose client issues through research, service request (SR) management, system testing, and configuration modifications.
• Engage directly with Oracle to effectively resolve service requests.
• Work alongside client teams during upgrade processes, encompassing system configuration, testing, and end-user training.
• Actively contribute to support processes by proposing and implementing efficiencies.
• Record common support issues and workarounds to minimize future support requests.
• Take part in team training sessions to remain updated on Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Share insights and best practices with colleagues and clients to improve overall support quality.
• At least 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
• In-depth functional and configuration knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement, including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, covering Item Master, Inventory Transactions, Lot/Serial Control, and Cycle Counting.
• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cost Management, including Costing Methods, Cost Elements, Cost Rollups, and Inventory Valuation.
• Capability to comprehend integration points between Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, and other SCM/Finance modules.
• Strong consulting and business analytical abilities, with a talent for refining requirements and delivering solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and independently meet client expectations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• High dedication to surpassing performance expectations while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Oracle Cloud certifications are advantageous.
