Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud EPM FCC/ARC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology.

• Work collaboratively with clients or internal stakeholders to evaluate their needs and challenges, providing expert recommendations and solutions. Take charge of significant client engagements and manage project portfolios.

• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

• Lead and supervise projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Offer both direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.

• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Assess and select technology vendors, products, and services that align with the organization's needs.

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Keep abreast of the latest technological trends and innovations, evaluating their relevance to the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.

• An MBA, relevant master’s degree, or PhD (in technical accounting, management systems, Business Administration, etc.) is preferred.

• Over 10 years of consulting or industry experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of implementation experience or hands-on administration with Oracle EPM/BI solutions is mandatory.

• Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (formerly PBCS or EPBCS) is preferred.

• Familiarity with Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCC) Cloud is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Data Management or FDMEE is desired.

• Proficiency with Smart View is required.

• Experience with Narrative Reporting is desired.

• Familiarity with Essbase 21c (either on-premise or cloud) is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) is expected.

• Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a demonstrated history of successful project delivery.

• Various roles such as consultant, network administrator, system analyst, or project manager are applicable.

• Consulting experience in a similar capacity within a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.

• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.

• Proven ability to lead and manage different projects.

• Strong understanding of various technologies.
