Principal Consultant, Operations – Integrated Health Solutions

• Oversee complete Operations transformation initiatives.

• Facilitate hands-on execution by converting strategic insights into actionable solutions.

• Collaborate with hospital executives and senior stakeholders.

• Discover, implement, and enhance operational efficiencies.

• Serve as a liaison among various markets and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree with a distinguished academic record.

• More than 7 years of consulting experience (strategy, Big4, healthcare) or equivalent industry exposure.

• Demonstrated expertise in leading comprehensive transformation initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare or hospital settings.

• Excellent program and project management capabilities.

• Proven track record of merging consulting skills with operational execution.

• Strong abilities in stakeholder management, communication, and persuasion.

• Familiarity with areas such as supply chain, data analytics, healthcare transformation, digital health, or change management is viewed as a plus.
