This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor to enterprise architects and business stakeholders regarding security, performance, development processes, and application governance.
• Design and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions that fulfill business needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to customer and partner teams concerning technical and functional delivery at the program level.
• Assist in shaping the program vision and clearly define project strategies that involve the Force.com platform.
• Advocate for best practices in application and integration development, enterprise architecture standards, solution architecture and design, environment management, testing, and platform education.
• Lead the creation of application and technical design documents that integrate Salesforce with customer infrastructure.
• Diagnose customer implementation challenges and spearhead the evaluation of business and technical requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with business partners and support the expansion of the broader consulting practice.
• Direct internal strategic initiatives, enhance practice knowledge and resources, and mentor both technical and non-technical Salesforce colleagues.
• Recognize opportunities to utilize Salesforce and integration tools effectively.
• Engage in comprehensive implementation planning, addressing project, issue, communication, and change management.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders by offering insights and future product roadmaps.
• Over 5 years of enterprise consulting experience, including the implementation of standard enterprise software solutions and management of junior technical staff.
• At least 2 years of experience as an architect in a mid-sized organization with proven leadership capabilities.
• A minimum of 2 years of external consulting experience, including over 3 years in CRM consulting.
• Practical experience with CRM products such as Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture domains, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications, such as Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.
• Experience in application development using JavaScript, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP, and SQL.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead people and build long-term client relationships.
• Capacity to collaborate within large, matrixed organizations, including experience working with offshore teams and delivery.
• A client-centric mindset focused on identified customer needs and goals.
• Capability to assume ownership and accountability for client success.
• Proficiency in presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to create strategies or roadmaps for client onboarding or digital transformation.
• Strong dedication to service, integrity, resilience, team development, and innovative strategy.
