Principal Consultant – Cloud Red Team, Blue Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute Cloud Red Team and Blue Team operations in the role of a Blue Teamer.

• Assist clients’ SOC/IR teams with real-time threat hunting and incident response activities.

• Familiarize yourself with clients’ current cloud security measures and detection capabilities.

• Provide support for real-time threat hunting, detection engineering, and incident response during cloud-centric adversary emulation exercises.

• Oversee engagements from initiation to the delivery of reports.

• Identify opportunities for long-term improvements to the CRTBT service.

• Enhance adversary emulation techniques to empower clients in detecting, preventing, and recovering from cloud-related breaches.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with client mid-level managers and executives.

• Manage client-facing projects while ensuring high-quality customer service.

• Leverage AI technologies to improve decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and achieve business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in blue team consulting or MSSP roles.

• Strong expertise in one or more public cloud platforms, typically including AWS, Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID/M365, and GCP.

• 1–2 years of experience in proactive security assessments, incident response, or Purple Team exercises.

• Over 5 years of overall experience in the cybersecurity industry.

• Practical experience in incident response, threat hunting, cloud engineering, or similar roles.

• Proficiency in scripting, automation, and tool development for blue team operations.

• Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing relationships with client mid-level managers and executives.

• Proven background in managing customer-facing projects and providing excellent customer service.

• Hands-on experience in information security programs across endpoint security, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, or security operations is advantageous.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment while managing competing priorities and maintaining attention to detail.

• Technical and innovative problem-solving skills with strong analytical capabilities.

• Proven track record of utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
