Principal Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functional workstream of implementation projects, serving as the main liaison for clients regarding solution design, configuration, and deployment decisions.

• Perform business process analysis to convert client operational and strategic objectives into well-documented solution designs for Intapp software.

• Provide customized product training to client stakeholders on configured solutions, ensuring they are prepared to adopt and maintain the platform.

• Create clear and organized design documentation that captures configuration decisions and aids both client teams and internal delivery colleagues.

• Partner with various Intapp functions — including Support, Customer Success, and Product — to share knowledge, maintain implementation materials, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a consultant or business analyst, showcasing a history of executing complex software implementations or business transformation initiatives.

• A solid understanding of practice management, operations, or finance-related activities within professional services firms.

• Familiarity with conflicts management processes, or direct experience with Intapp Compliance software — this is a notable advantage.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to produce clear documentation and engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.

• The discipline and adaptability to oversee multiple concurrent projects independently, effectively prioritizing in a remote work environment.

• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal confidence, with a collaborative mindset and the maturity to navigate complex business relationships.
